Safely transport students daily for Carrollton City Schools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knows and follows all policies of the Carrollton City School Board of Education and Bus Drivers transportation manual. Accepts assignments as deemed necessary by the Director of Transportation.
Attends all training courses, in-service and safety meetings that the transportation supervisor deems necessary.
Sees to the safety and well being of each child under his/her supervision.
Certification/Licensing:
Must have a commercial CDL License with P and S endorsements.
Additional Requirements:
Must have safe driving record. (Carrollton City Schools will obtain your 7-Year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) before hiring.
Must be able to drag 60 lbs 100 feet.
Must consent to drug testing and background check. (Carrollton City Schools performs random drug testing for all transportation employees throughout the year)
Must consent to and pass entry-level physical exam. (Continued employment contingent upon passing yearly physical exam)
Proficiency Skills:
Must be able to work well with co-workers.
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
Must be able to supervise children.
